How long does a typical project take?

Most projects run 6–14 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. We break work into two-week sprints so you always know what's in progress. Discovery and scoping (usually 1–2 weeks) happen before development starts, so there are no surprises later.

Do you charge a fixed price or hourly?

Both models are available, but we prefer fixed-scope for well-defined projects — it aligns incentives and removes billing anxiety. For ongoing retainers or exploratory R&D, we use a monthly block-of-hours model. We'll recommend the right structure when we understand your project.

Is there a minimum project size?

Our Bedrock package starts at $2,490 CAD. We've priced our tiers to be accessible to small businesses while still delivering professional quality. If your budget is tight, let's talk — we'd rather find a way to help than turn you away.

What technology do you use?

We pick the right tool for the job. Most of our sites and apps are built with React, modern JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure. For automation and backend work, we use whatever fits — Python, Node.js, databases, APIs. We don't push a tech stack on you; we push results.

Can we work together remotely?

Absolutely. We run async-first with structured weekly syncs over video. Most of our clients aren't in the same city. Timezone overlap helps, but we've made it work across Canada, the US, and beyond.

What does post-launch support look like?

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch warranty coverage at no charge — we'll fix anything that breaks from our code. After that, we offer structured support retainers (bug fixes, dependency updates, small features) on a monthly basis. You're never left holding a codebase you can't maintain.
